Are you licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed! Book your registrar or civil celebrant and exchange vows in our stunning Winter Garden Suite or on the stage in our 814-seat theatre.

Do you provide catering?

We have an expert in-house catering team that will create a meal to remember for your special day. From delicious canapes during your drinks reception to superb wedding breakfast options as well as your drink selection to cover all the key moments.

Can I alter the packages to create something bespoke?

Absolutely! We will work with you to bring your vision to life and can tailor a lot of elements to your budget and requirements. Our events team would love to talk through your ideas.

What do I need to organise?

You can relax enjoy the build up to your wedding knowing that we have all of the details taken care of! Our packages include:

• Ceremony in Winter Garden Suite or Theatre

• Wedding DJ

• Private entrance, bar, terrace, and bridal room

• Linen tablecloths and napkins, cake knife, chair covers and easel

• Personalised post box, outside entrance bunting, congratulations welcome banner

Can we dress the room?

Of course! All our packages include chair covers and coloured sashes, linen tablecloths and napkins, cake knife and easels. You’re welcome to dress the room to your taste and we can recommend suppliers to bring your vision to life!

Do you have disabled access and toilets?

Yes, we have four disabled toilets, disabled access, and a lift to the plaza level of the venue.

What time is last orders?

Last orders are at midnight with the option to extend.

​

What is the maximum number of guests?

The maximum capacity of the Winter Garden Suite is 300. We can extend the room based on your numbers so whether you’re having an intimate ceremony or a big gathering we can create the perfect atmosphere.

Where can I get ready?

You will have access to our private bridal room all day which has plenty of room for your bridal party and all your preparations. It is a secure space with a private bathroom that you can use to freshen up, relax and store your valuables including your card post-box.

Do you have accommodation?

The Floral Pavilion doesn’t include accommodation but there are plenty of options nearby. Our Events Team can supply this during your wedding consultation.

Do you have recommended suppliers?

Yes, we work with a fabulous list of trusted suppliers that we would happily recommend. You are welcome to use whichever suppliers work for you.
